HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER
All transactions are in UAE Dirhams. However we do offer a currency conversion in Pounds Sterling, Euros and also US Dollars. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
SHIPPING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
All orders placed before 2:00 pm local time will be despatched the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 pm will be despatched the following day. We work 6 days a week. From Saturday to Thursday
Because we have no control over what a country will charge, it is the receiver’s responsibility to pay all Taxes Custom Charges and Duty Fees. IF YOU REFUSE THE ITEMS AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY BECAUSE YOU DON’T WANT TO PAY THE TAX YOU WILL STILL BE CHARGED FOR OUR SHIPPING CHARGES, THE CUSTOM CHARGES AND RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
In the unlikely event that you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, we request that you complete the return/exchange form posted with your original purchase and send it back to us. A full refund, excluding shipping charges, will be issued on unworn merchandise returned within 10 days. All returned merchandise must be in the original ticketing, label and packaging. We regret due to health regulations we canot offer this service to lingerie and swimwear.
